Zanoa Magic Jewelry offers handmade jewelry and related products.
Because our products are handmade, small variations in appearance, color, texture, size, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display product photographs and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen or device.
3. Prices
All product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders to the countries available at checkout.
Our standard international shipping rate is €13.
Orders of €100 or more qualify for free international shipping.
For deliveries within Hungary, the standard shipping fee is HUF 1,500, with free shipping for orders of HUF 30,000 or more.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping service, customs procedures, and other circumstances outside our control.
Please note that import duties, taxes and handling fees may apply to orders outside the EU, US and Canada and are the customer's responsibility.

7. Customs and Import Charges
For orders shipped outside the EU, US and Canada, the recipient may be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
